Tom F. Beard Building Inspections is a family owned small business based in Wichita, KS. They inspect residential and commercial properties for buyers and sellers, and offer multiple other services.
THE BRIEF - Brochures
The client needed brochures that were eye catching, but informative. Their business offers multiple services, and some of them are contingent upon other factors which needed to be outlined in the document. It also needed to include contact information, affiliations, qualifications, a call to action, quick selling points, and a short message to potential clients.
THE BRIEF - Holiday Mailers
The company required cards to send to clients for the holiday season. We designed a 5x7 folding card, incorporating their logo which is shaped like a house, into a winter scene and, keeping with the house motif, put Christmas lights on it.
